Facts of life
Alexander Adolph born on Nov 15, 1965 in Munich is a German screenwriter and director. After his school life, Adolf passed his first, second state examination in Law and at that time wrote plays for radio, and he won Grand Prix de a Radio. He has been working as a freelance screenwriter since mid nineties. Crime scene specialist was the first screenplay written by him in 1996, he wrote further episodes in free fall, and his work was fully recognized in 2002 with Adolf Grimme Prize award. He also received another Grimme Prize for his Obscured match series under suspicion and in 2003-won, German television award and Juliane Bartel prize for his an outing. He also received in the same year Nobel Prize of the Cologne conference award. His documentary The Imposter created sensation at a number of film festivals conducted around the world. He was nominated as best actor for the German Film prize for his role as imposter and his feature film The Last employee was screened nationwide. Adolph teaches at the University of Television and film Munich, International film school Cologne and at the film academy Baden-Württemberg.
