    Peter O'Toole

A Shakespearean actor to have outsmarted many of his contemporaries is the very handsome and blue eyed actor Peter O’Toole, who we all identify with the film that made him a star. Yes, Lawrence of Arabia was the one particular feather in O’Tool’s career graph that opened new gates to stardom.

Such was his mammoth talent that O’Toole rose to become a legend we have all come to respect and many do actually worship him! Actually it wouldn’t be inappropriate if one could call him the Father of Shakespeare’s plays for O’Toole has played a huge number of  roles  that showcased his fine acting capabilities.

The choice of his films is varied and he could enact any kind of role as desired. Acting for him was like chalk and cheese. He acted in many movies for which he got nominated many times. However, things started to look blank for O’Toole owing to his drinking problem. The aftermath was serious and he was diagnosed with cancer of the stomach.

But with perseverance and dedication, Peter overcame the hurdle and started moving up in his career yet again. A salute to this awesome actor, the legend that is Peter O’Toole.
