    Tamera Darvette Mowry-Housley, and American actress, born (July 6, 1978) in Glenhausen in erstwhile West Germany, is born in a close knit, deeply religious family and both the parents served in US army. She started her acting career with a role in Sister, Sister, and an ABC/WB sitcom. She has acted in Twitches and Twitches Too by Disney Channel. She had a dramatic role of a doctor in the Strong Medicine, a medical drama, playing the role of Dr. Kayla Thomton and made her career break. She revealed that she didn’t lose her virginity till she was 29 years old as she was a devout Christian and after that she wanted to stay celibate and married in the year 2011 and now has a son.  In the year 2011, Tia & Tamera by Style network was aired. She also hosted the talk show The Real that premiered in 2013.
