He best knew for his work in movies based on the medical fiction, the science fictionand some thriller genres. His books have sold millions copies worldwide, and also many have been adopted into movies. In 1994 Michael Crichton became the most creative artist ever to have works simultaneously and being as No.1 in all three medium of popularity such as In Movies, on television and also book sales.

    As his work basically related to science fiction and medical fiction .So the combination sometimes surprised people at that time. His novels were based on techno- thriller genres exploring technology and also showing the failure of human being interaction with it.
