    Kevin Brownlow is a man of a well known profile. He is known by many titles. He is a British film maker, television documentary maker, film editor, author, and a film historian. He was born in England on 1938 June 2. Documenting the silent era he made his most famous work called Brownlow. It is a silent film which was documented at the age of eleven.

    The response from the public to the first attempt made him stick with this field. He started making short films and documentaries. On November 13 Kevin won the Academy Honorary Award at the 2nd Annual Governors Awards. It was given by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. It was the first time a film preservationist getting the award. He owns a great career record with many Award nominations and Awards. From the first work of ‘Nine, Dalmuir West’ of 1962 till the ‘I’m King Kong!: The Exploits of Merian C. Cooper’ of 2005 he was famous in all the works.
