    Rachel Weisz was born on 7 March 1970 in London, UK. She is an actress and fashion model. After finishing school, Rachel went to Trinity Hall, Cambridge. She was graduated with a major in English at University of Cambridge. In her university, she was a coeval of Sue Perkins, Sacha Baron Cohen, Richard Osman, Alexander Armstrong, Ben Miller, and Mel Giedroyc.

    In 1999, Rachel played a role of Greta in the historical movie Sunshine. She also starred in the movie The Whistleblower that was debuted in 2010 at the Toronto Film Festival.

    During her study at Cambridge University, she formed a theater company called the Talking Tongues. In 1991 the play that she wrote won the student drama award at the Edinburgh Festival.

    Recently she became a sponsor of the X Appeal, the official beneficence of the RoyalRadiologistsCollege. In 1998, she was named by the EFPB as one of the shooting stars in the European films.
