    Courteney Cox was born on June 15, 1964, an American actress, director as well as producer. Cox first appeared on TV in 1984 during Bruce Springsteen's video, "Dancing in the Dark.” Cox had other TV appearances such as the 1985 misfits of science, and family ties, a series that ran on TV from 1987-89.

    In her personal life, Cox dated several men such as Ian Copeland, a rock promoter. She also dated Adam Duritx of counting Crows and Michael Keaton. OnJune 12, 1999, Cox later married a fellow actor David Arquette. Cox and her husband were blessed with their first child namedCocowho was born in June 2004.

    She achieved many awards in her career.  In 1995, she got Golden Apple Award in the category of Female Discovery of the Year. In 1996, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award. In 200, she was given the Teen Choice Award. In 2010,   she won the Golden Derby TV Awards.
